By accessing and using GTG Bookings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

GTG Bookings is a travel booking platform that offers curated weekend trip packages. We act as an intermediary to book tours, activities, and experiences through third-party providers (such as Viator) on your behalf.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before trip: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before trip: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Some experiences may have stricter cancellation policies set by the activity provider. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Arriving at experiences on time
  • Having valid identification as required by activity providers
  • Complying with all activity rules and local laws

6. Limitation of Liability

GTG Bookings acts as a booking intermediary. We are not responsible for:

  • Actions or omissions of third-party activity providers
  • Cancellations by activity providers
  • Weather-related changes or cancellations
  • Personal injury during activities

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trips.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GTG Bookings, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GTG Abroad and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
